Fortis to pay up to €118m for Dryden

Fortis, the Benelux insurer, has agreed to buy US asset manager Dryden Wealth Management from Prudential Financial for up to €118m ($142m).

A purchase price of €85m has been agreed with a further contingent payment of up to €33m depending on performance.
