France Télécom wins case to de-list Orange

France Télécom has been cleared to de-list Orange almost four months later than planned, after a French appeals court rejected complaints by minority shareholders of the mobile telephone operator.

Owners of just over 1% of Orange's equity, led by shareholder rights lobby Association pour la Défense des Actionnaires Minoritaires, lodged three different appeals in December to block France Télécom's buy-out of minorities.
