Freitag & Co, the German corporate finance advisory, has hired Christoph Seeger as managing director. Seeger will focus on capital markets and corporate control, including corporate defence and M&A. He will also look after relationships with private equity firms and hedge funds. He has previously worked at Goldman Sachs, KKR and Perry Capital.
