French VC Part'Com spins out of CDC

Part'Com, a French venture capital firm, has spun out of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) as part of a restructuring of the French bank's investment activities.

The spin-out has coincided with a €100m ($124m) first closing of a new fund, whose target of €200m is expected to be reached by 2004.
