Fresh twist in Cantor bullying case

Money broker Cantor Fitzgerald International today won a £116,667 (€169,299) reduction in a £912,000 damages award to a former employee who claimed he was subjected to a "culture of bullying and abuse".

A further £630,000 of the sum won by 39-year-old Steven Horkulak, at London's High Court in 2003, will go back for redetermination by the trial judge, Mr Justice Newman.
