Brexit is a chance for UK-based fund managers to “bang the drum” for changes to regulations they don’t like, a high-profile MP has said.

The vote to leave the EU prompted speculation that the country might adopt a dual system of regulation whereby UK fund managers can opt-in to European rules, such as AIFMD, or choose to comply with a less-onerous UK-specific regime.
