German court revokes exemption from delisting rules

A German court has ruled against the first company to mount a legal challenge to Deutsche Börse's delisting of penny stocks from the Neuer Markt.

Foris, a firm that provides finance for civil lawsuits, won a six-month reprieve from the new rules, but that ruling was quashed after Deutsche Börse appealed.
