Goldman Sachs has promoted two dealmakers to lead its investment banking team in Europe and handed one of its key London M&A bankers a new global role as it continues to shake-up its top team.

The Wall Street bank has named Andre Kelleners and Anna Skoglund co-heads of investment banking for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
