Alex Ehrlich, who resigned as head of prime brokerage at Goldman Sachs to join rival UBS Warburg, may poach members of his former team when a clause in his severance contract expires in a month.

The clause prevents him from making any potentially competitive moves or poaching members of Goldman's staff until May.
