Goldman wins $3.1bn Gambro healthcare deal

Gambro, the Swedish healthcare company, hired Goldman Sachs as its sole financial adviser on the $3.05bn (€2.3bn) sale of its US dialysis clinics business to DaVita, the US healthcare company.

The bank was appointed after pitching for the business in a beauty parade with rivals.
