Graphite doubles money on London house builder

Deal is the latest successful exit for the UK mid-market buyout firm

UK mid-market private equity firm Graphite Capital has doubled its money from the sale of London Square, a builder of residential housing.

The London-based buyout firm said on Thursday that it has sold London Square to US-based private equity firm Ares Management, which has bought the company for an equity value of £110 million through its private equity and real estate funds.
