Greek regulator fines UBS for trading offences

The Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, the Greek financial regulator, has fined UBS Warburg €330,000 ($379,000) for trading in Greek shares using insider information.

According to the regulator, UBS traded the shares on its own account prior to releasing research reports on Greek equities.
