Green bonds - an $80bn-a-year market in making capitalism more environmentally friendly - are getting a harder edge. But not everyone thinks it is yet hard enough.

Green bonds, such as the $1bn blockbuster raised by Apple this week, allow governments and companies to raise money for projects or business-lines that have environmental aims and objectives.
