Hansard plans December float

Hansard Global, an Isle of Man-based wealth manager, is planning an initial public offering in December on the London Stock Exchange in a bid to raise its profile and attract new customers.

Hansard, which has £950m in assets under administration for international high net worth individuals, will sell about a third of its share capital, currently owned by investors Polar Cap. No new shares are being sold.
