Hargreaves Lansdown will not pay special dividend

Hargreaves Lansdown has said it will not be paying a special dividend this financial year as it will not have a sufficient regulatory capital surplus following the reassessment of its requirements by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Still, the financial services firm said it will pay a final dividend for the year ended June 30 in line with its policy.
