Several big-name traders are launching hedge funds in the UK’s capital as a surge in start-ups gathers momentum.

Chris Rokos, formerly of Brevan Howard Asset Management, David Fear, who previously ran a fund for Ziff Brothers Investments, and Christopher Dale, who ran a trading book at Millennium Management, are among a crop of traders debuting new funds.
