Henderson closes infrastructure fund at £330m

Henderson Private Capital has attracted £330m (€485m) for its new infrastructure fund, billed as the first of its kind to invest in the secondary market for private finance initiative and public-private partnership projects in the UK and western Europe.

The third and final close of the fund considerably exceeded Henderson's initial target of £200m. The firm said it had already made a number of investments.
