Perruccio to step down from Hermes

Matteo Dante Perruccio is stepping down from Hermes' fund of hedge funds arm, after building a $2.3bn business in challenging market conditions

Matteo Dante Perruccio is stepping down as chief executive of Hermes BPK Partners, a fund of hedge funds business 60% owned by Hermes Fund Managers.

Perruccio started the business four years ago and will leave Hermes BPK at the end of this year. Around 40% of it is owned by management.
