HSBC has introduced a new initiative for its analysts and associates in London, New York, Paris and Hong Kong in a fresh bid to be viewed by millennials as an attractive place to work.

The bank is close to rolling out a formal mobility programme that will enable its junior bankers to move desks every six months, a HSBC spokesman confirmed.
