After the pandemic, it seemed as if hybrid working arrangements were here to stay.

But this year, some City employers have staged a great office pushback.

BlackRock, JPMorgan and other top firms are insisting staff turn up at the office more frequently, a stance which is causing tension with workers.

FN wants to know — where do you stand? Are you happy with hybrid or do you wish for more face-to-face time in the office?
