The real-estate credit arm of London-listed debt specialist Intermediate Capital Group is nearing a final close on its third fund, seeking to capitalise on the growing number of property firms looking to bypass banks as a source of lending.

ICG-Longbow UK Real Estate Debt Investments III is expected to close oversubscribed at its £700m hard cap shortly, the London-based firm said in its annual results statement this morning.
