Intermediate Capital Group, the UK-listed private equity debt provider, has parted company with its two-man institutional fund management marketing team a year after hiring it.

It is understood that James Barham and his assistant Adam Hayes-Newington are negotiating terms for their departure, according to sources close to the firm.
