Independents plug into $2.5bn data tie-up

The roster of firms advising UK data centre provider Telecity Group on its agreed multibillion-dollar takeover of a Dutch peer has expanded to include independent advisers Greenhill & Co and Oakley Capital.

Telecity and Amsterdam-headquartered Interxion said Monday that they had reached a definitive agreement on an all-share deal. The deal is valued at $2.5 billion by data provider Dealogic.
