Infrastructure buyers takes control of Britain's largest wind farm

Infracapital, an infrastructure fund set up by Prudential's fund management business M&G, and JP Morgan Asset Management have taken a majority stake in Britain's largest wind farm with an equity value of more than £300m (€443m).

The firms paid Bahraini bank Arcapita £145m for its one-third equity stake in Zephyr Investments, a portfolio of wind farms across England, Scotland and Wales.
