ING to lead first Russian IPO for 18 months

Wimm-Bill-Dann, a juices and dairy products manufacturer, has filed for an initial public offering that would be the first from a Russian company for 18 months.

The Moscow-based firm hopes to list on the New York Stock Exchange in the first quarter of 2002, the filing said.
