Insolvency laws threaten European high-yield market

A disparity of legal regimes is keeping investors away from companies in peripheral eurozone markets, according to an Afme report

Insolvency laws in peripheral eurozone countries are preventing corporates from accessing the high-yield market.

The Association of Financial Markets in Europe polled 75 companies, banks and investors for its report 'Unlocking funding for European investment and growth', which was published today.
