Investors sue over defaulting bonds

A group of German investors are seeking damages from Credit Suisse First Boston and Dresdner Bank over two defaulted bond issues they lead-managed.

Law firm Rotter-Rechtsanwaelte says that a group of 30 investors are claiming damages of about DM272,000 (&euro139,000), plus 8.25% annual interest.
