ISE restructures for 2003

The International Securities Exchange (ISE), the fully electronic US options exchange, has realigned its internal corporate reporting structure to support its strategic plans in the new year.

From January 1, Gary Katz, ISE's chief operating officer, will gain management responsibility for the company's finance and administration functions. Bruce Cooperman, ISE's senior vice-president of finance and administration, will report to Katz. Cooperman previously reported to David Krell, chief executive and president of the exchange.
