Isis Equity Partners closes in on fund target

Isis Equity Partners has raised 85% of its third fund in nine months despite a fiercely competitive fundraising environment.

Isis Equity, the private equity arm of the asset management group, has received commitments worth £151m (€219m) towards the £175m target fund. It has gained investor confidence while other firms are struggling to secure commitments from investors who have a great deal of choice in the market but are reluctant to spend.
