Isle of Man welcomes City layoffs with open arms

The Isle of Man government wants to attract more high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and talented bankers to its shores and could accomodate a further 40,000 residents over the next few years.

The island's Treasury said it could accommodate up to 120,000 residents.
