Asset manager created through a merger earlier this year names new equities co-heads, a month after the arrival of a new fixed income chief

Janus Henderson equities chief to leave

Janus Henderson Investors has named new global co-heads of equities, in some of the $360 billion asset manager's most senior appointments since its creation through a merger earlier this year.

George Maris will head equities in the US, while Alex Crooke will lead equities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the Asia-Pacific. Both are internal appointments and will report to Enrique Chang, global chief investment officer, according to a statement today.
