Jersey investment fund settles on Aberdeen AM

Aberdeen Asset Management is to act as investment manager to the newly created Real Estate Opportunities (REO) company.

The closed-ended investment company is an off-the-shelf Jersey-based firm set up to incorporate UK-based Jermyn Investment Properties and Irish-based Castle Market Holdings under one umbrella. Jermyn already owns 50% of Castle Market, while the other 50% is owned by Treasury Holdings, a private Irish company run by Richard Barrett and John Ronan.
