Japanese bank brings in 35-year banking veteran as director of international units

Japanese bank Nomura has recruited a former chief financial officer of UBS's investment bank as a non-executive director of its international business.

Jonathan Britton joined the boards of Nomura Europe Holdings and Nomura International on April 1, according to filings by those units at Companies House. A Nomura spokeswoman confirmed his appointment.
