JP Morgan hires fourth in a month for property financing

JP Morgan has hired a second Deutsche Bank debt banker to its property division this month and taken its tally of new recruits to four in as many weeks, as it looks to capitalise on a boom in the European real estate sector.

Bill Schwab, formerly head of Deutsche's European real estate strucured finance group, is joining JP Morgan as a managing director to head a unit that packages loans secured by commercial real estate into bonds.
