JP Morgan retains Royal & SunAlliance mandate

JP Morgan is believed to have retained a mandate to advise Royal & SunAlliance, the UK's second-biggest general insurer, despite the company's decision not to sell Codan, its Danish subsidiary.

JP Morgan advised RSA on the sale of the life and pensions operations of Codan to SEB Trygg for £173m (€258m) in June.
