JP Morgan replaced Deutsche Bank as the top bank for investment banking fees in Europe last year – emerging victorious in a closely-watched league table battle that continued into the final days of 2014.

Deutsche Bank had been leading the race by a whisker through the last working days of the year, before JP Morgan pushed ahead with an extra $4 million in fees, according to the data provider Dealogic.
