Richard Berliand, global head of futures, options and prime brokerage at JP Morgan, has been given additional responsibility as global head of cash equities in a new position for the US bank.

Berliand, who is also chairman of the US Futures Industry Association and a member of German exchange group Deutsche Börse's supervisory board, will continue with his existing responsibilities in the listed derivatives and prime brokerage businesses.
