JP Morgan's German team clinches RMC deal

JP Morgan's German investment banking team has helped the bank clinch a deal for RMC, the UK building products group.

JP Morgan advised RMC on the £169m (€275m) disposal of its German subsidiary YTONG, an aerated concrete products business, to Franz Haniel. This is the first time the bank has acted for RMC on an mergers and acquisitions deal.
