JPMorgan cites ‘irreplaceable’ benefits of office as staff called back five days a week

The US bank confirms a move to require all of its staff back in the office full-time

JPMorgan said that having its employees in the office full-time boosts “mentoring, learning, brainstorming and getting things done” as thousands of staff have been called back five days a week.

In a memo sent to all of JPMorgan’s employees globally, seen by Financial News, the US bank confirmed a move to require all staff in the office full-time from March.
