JPMorgan has increased junior salaries for the second time in six months — the fourth major investment bank to do so — as pay across the sector has spiralled.

Entry-level pay for bankers at JPMorgan have increased from $100,000 to $110,000, according to people familiar with the matter. This is a near 30% increase since the beginning of 2021, when first year salaries were $85,000 across Wall Street.
