JPMorgan has hired a pair of senior dealmakers to bolster its M&A team in Europe as it continues to shake-up its investment banking unit.

Rumesh Rajendram has joined from Deutsche Bank as head of consumer and retail M&A in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to a memo seen by Financial News. Meanwhile, Hiten Davda has been hired in a newly created role to lead its capital markets M&A team in the region.
