JPMorgan turns to rivals for derivatives

JPMorgan has hired three staff for its equity derivatives group from rival firms Deutsche Bank, Société Générale and CSFB.

Alexi Pilavakis has left Deutsche to become a vice president and equity derivatives marketer at the US bank. In his new role he will focus on UK clients and report to Karl Tuck, head of equity derivatives marketing for the UK and Ireland.
