Investment bank Keefe, Bruyette & Woods has named Charles Lucas as head of European equity capital markets. Lucas, who was most recently managing director of equity capital markets at Royal Bank of Scotland, will be based in London. In his new role, he will work on a range of capital markets deals including public and private common stock placements and a variety of securities offerings.
