Kempen manager resigns amid insider trading probe

Willem Burgers, fund manager and a managing director at Kempen Capital Management (KCM), a Dutch asset management firm, has resigned following an insider trading investigation.

He is suspected of insider trading while managing the firm's well-known Orange fund, which invests in mid- and small-cap stocks.
