KKR sells stake in Kingston Communications

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, the US private equity giant, has sold the majority of its stake in UK-based Kingston Communications.

Kingston confirmed this morning that investment bank UBS placed 114.3 million shares worth £74.3m on behalf of KKR's Demag holding company, which held the stake.
