KPMG boss takes 14% pay hit as firm reports 11% fall in partner profit on pandemic

KPMG staff to permanently split time between home and office working but no decisions yet on office closures

Big Four accounting firm KPMG said partner profits fell 11% to £572,000 in the year to 30 September as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The firm also announced a programme of permanent “hybrid working” with staff set to split their time between working from home and working in KPMG offices or clients sites.
