Partner pay at Big Four accountancy firm KPMG UK jumped 20% to £688,000 over 2021, driven by a surge in deal work thanks to the global M&A boom.

The firm’s revenue rose from £2.14bn to £2.35bn and profit before tax increased from £288 to £436m for the 30 September year end.
