Independent French bank has shaken up the leadership of its advisory business

Lazard, the independent investment bank, has shaken up the leadership of its advisory business.

It has named Matthieu Pigasse, who leads its mergers and acquisitions division as well operations in France, as global head of banking and deputy chief executive of its advisory function.
