Lazard’s new UK boss lands early win with £2bn Arqiva deal

Cyrus Kapadia leads team acting as sole adviser to British communications company

The new UK chief executive of Lazard has notched a big win early into his tenure by advising on the £2bn sale of British communications company Arqiva’s telecoms business.

Cyrus Kapadia, who succeeded William Rucker as head of the independent investment bank’s UK business in September, is leading a team of dealmakers acting as the sole adviser to Arqiva on the sale to rival Cellnex.
