LBO France swoops for Médi-Partenaires

LBO France, one of the country's oldest buyout firms, has agreed to buy hospital operator Médi-Partenaires for at least €600m ($776m).

It represents an estimated four times return in less than two years for buyout peers Barclays Private Equity, Cobalt Capital and Sagard sources told Private Equity News, a sister paper to Financial News Online. Dutch bank ABN Amro advised the selling consortium. All firms either declined to comment or were unavailable.
